Mental Health in the Workplace


This years Mental Health Awareness Week focuses on stress and its implications to individuals. In our lifetimes, two thirds of us will experience mental health problems and stress is a key contributor. Continued stress can lead to a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, self-harm and suicide, in addition to physical health problems.

Stress in the workplace is one of the main areas of concern, and CourseBox offers a range of training courses that can help equip employees with the knowledge and skills they need to help both themselves and other colleagues. Employers have a responsibility to ensure their workforce are kept kept safe both physically and mentally.
